Modifications made : removed the door and closed the entry from the main hall to the living room; removed the door to the dining room to create a wider entry into the room; sand the floors, fill gaps, dark stain, and seal (plastify) the floors; re-paint the walls a soft egg shell (SW7000) white.

Converting the small laundry located off the kitchen to make way for an en-suite bathroom for the main bedroom.
